Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order (unless otherwise specified).
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- If your product has a quality issue or was damaged during shipping, please provide clear photos as proof when submitting your return request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
- Sale items, customized, or personalized products, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Return Process

Request a Return
Contact our customer service team at support@lightingbuy.shop, providing your order number and reason for return.

Return Confirmation
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with approval or additional information.

Return Instructions
Once approved, you will receive the return address and detailed shipping instructions.

Send the Item
Please ship the item back within 15 days of receiving confirmation and provide the tracking number for verification.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect, damage during shipping, or incorrect item sent, EVALOR.shop will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks or credit card issuers may require additional processing time.
- If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at support@lightingbuy.shop for assistance.
Order Cancellation
- Free Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment without any charge.
- How to Cancel: Contact our customer service team at support@lightingbuy.shop with your order number.
- After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the package, following the process outlined above.
